A licensed practitioner is on site during opening hours, and dispensing follows Thailand's prescription-based rules as of 2026: in person only, against a prescription on form PT33, for visitors aged 20 and over.
The area itself is one of eastern Bangkok's main shopping corridors. Paradise Park and Seacon Square anchor the road, and the MRT Yellow Line monorail runs along Srinagarindra, which makes the trip from central Bangkok straightforward without a car.
